Mind in Brentwood offer 1-to-1 support and also have a drop in area which is a safe, non-judgmental environment with similar minded people experiencing mental health problems. There are also scheduled groups Monday to Friday that aid with your support, from arts & crafts, music, football, carers, self-esteem & well-being and OCD groups.
