Caring for you as a carer
You may be struggling with the emotional demands of caring for a loved one who is disabled, suffers from a terminal or long term illness or who suffers from mental health issues.
Your life as a carer may seem overwhelming, there is often little time for yourself in what seems like an endless cycle of meeting someone else’s needs.
I aim to offer a space in which you will be able to take time for yourself, to fully explore your personal difficulties, challenges and strengths and to express the intensity of this role. In turn we’ll make time for processes that may help you restore your sense of self.
