Disorganisation

I have supported clients to overcome persistent disorganisation in their lives and homes. If you experience this you’ll know it can be a true source of suffering. I will support you to change and reorganise, it isn’t a process that can be done overnight and this can be a painful journey. I know you’ll need lots of encouragement and sometimes hands on support. In the past we have helped people to transform their lives by reordering their homes. It isn’t a Feng shui process, more a compassionate look at how things could be much better and easier. Together we’ll look at the psychology behind your disordered living space and life, whether that includes hoarding, untidiness, lack of order and places to keep things. We’ll gently support  you to maintain the changes and to enjoy your new space.

I don’t claim in any way to have my own living spaces and filing systems in perfect order. If you struggle with this particular issue, perhaps it will help to know that I’m by no means perfect either! If you have a look at the picture of my counselling room on this site you'll see it looks quite orderly, generally however it's got lots going on, presently I'm doing some art projects there and books tend to take over. I  know that when my art activities get rather out of control it makes me feel less happy and this is why I'd be pleased to support you with your own tidying or hoarding issues.
